We ordered our GLE last spring and Nick made the order and pickup seamless. He even had us picked up at the airport when we returned from Maine. Superb European delivery We had a wonderful European delivery of our GLC 300, this past March. We were three months in Europe, mostly Spain. The pick up experience in Stuttgart was exciting and informative. The car itself was perfect and so much less expensive than a rental!! It was delivered to Naples where Adam took care of everything, including starting it every week, as they kept it inside waiting for our second delivery, here in Naples! He kept us informed of every step toward our delivery here in Naples. This second delivery was professsional and even more informative, especially with the delership’s concierge service with John. After 4 BMWs, I am a Mercedes Benz converted. Everyone in this dealership is pleasant and professional, even up to one of the owners who introduced himself on two different occasions and was sincerely interested in our European trip and pick up. I know that your dealership is only as good as the people that work there. That said, I must say that after purchasing seven Mercedes automobiles in eight years I can say that Naples Mercedes is just OUTSTANDING , starting with our very special sales person, Melissa Cordeiro, a true professional,who makes a point of making that purchase and follow-up a very special event. Also,dealing with Tom Neglio , the business mgr. that handles all the financing and Mercedes info. at closing is a true professional ( that remembers your name with-out looking it up ). All that said, I must mention the person that sold me my first car and has since been elevated to management, a position that he truly shines in. Rich Grimes, makes a point of letting you know that you are a valued customer and maintains that link with you and your sales person through-out the process . Most sales managers stay in their office and talk only to the sales-person, not Rich. He is on top of every aspect of the sale, saying hello by name, when you show up for service is just another of the professional attitude of all the people that I have encountered at Naples Mercedes...
