Excellent service every time throughout the dealership. I was met at my car as I drove up. The attendant called my service rep. Daniel Smith (Smitty) who came out to take me to his office while my car was I was met at my car as I drove up. The attendant called my service rep. Smitty was courteous, efficient and personable when he wrote up my service order, which took very little time. I didn't require a courtesy car but one was available should I have done so. Smitty texted me as I left in case I had any questions and he also texted me when my car was ready for collection. Everything was done as expected and the car was washed and cleaned at no charge, which I really appreciated. More

John Malikoglu I was very impressed with John Malikoglu because he was very professional and knowledgeable about my purchase. Service repair: John Chaffo went above and beyond I relocated to Naples Fl. My cabriolet needed tire and rim service. John worked his magic, spent a couple hours non stop on the phone chasing down my issue until he solved everything. Meanwhile, he already began the repairs as I have a tight schedule to meet for work. Even though I did not buy my car from Mercedes Naples as I didn't live here when I bought my car, Naples Mercedes treated me like I was family. 5 stars and I will certainly keep going back to Naples Mercedes More
