Service repair: John Chaffo went above and beyond I relocated to Naples Fl. My cabriolet needed tire and rim service. John worked his magic, spent a couple hours non stop on the phone chasing down my issue until he solved everything. Meanwhile, he already began the repairs as I have a tight schedule to meet for work. Even though I did not buy my car from Mercedes Naples as I didn't live here when I bought my car, Naples Mercedes treated me like I was family. 5 stars and I will certainly keep going back to Naples Mercedes More
