When you spend $90K for a vehicle you expect a respectful, enjoyable transaction. The Sales experience was frankly not a good one. Our salesperson was short on customer focus and franky smug, the respectful, enjoyable transaction. The Sales experience was frankly not a good one. Our salesperson was short on customer focus and franky smug, the sale management was short on followup, the service experience again short on simple customer service. It took four calls over a 6 hour period to have management return a phone call. The first service experience to correct an issue that was indentified at the time of the sale was a a hot mess. We were notified at the time we brought the car that they were going to need 3 days for the repair. My wife waited over 20 minutes for someone to simply talk to her and find her car when she came to pick it up. We bought an SUV for a reason and got a 4 seater loaner with no notice that our car was going to be out of commision. I have bought a number of luxery cars, this was the first one for my wife. They turned what should have been a great experience into sour one. Sadly, perhaps a good recession will being back the days when people really cared about your business. In fairness we did get an apology from from sales manager and a promise to send his cell number to assurehis personal attention our next visit . Sadly, I had to followup up with him to remind him to share his number as he failed to send it as promised fter I waited 24 hours to do something he committed to do when we hung up. Doesnt bode well for future visits. I will say I love the car we bought ... just wish we went to another dealer. More
