We were looking at various cars/dealers in the area and decided to stop in at MB of Naples. Joe "JP" Politi met us at the door and welcomed us to the dealership. We stated what we were considering and JP showed us a few vehicles. We test drive an E300 and ultimately purchased it. JP and the manager (Jack) were without pressure, worked with us on the best deal and even got creative on a chipped paint problem on the wife's Porsche. By far, one of the best car purchase experiences I've had (I've purchased more than 14 cars). Highly recommend MB of Naples and JP; I assure you, you will be treated fairly, without sales pressure and respectful of your time. More

In short, through observations, asking general questions of each dealership and going through the car buying process I chose Mercedes Benz of Naples because all staff that I interacted with were all very genuine and very professional. In all, I’m very happy with their service department each time there my experiences were always excellent. The service staff, at Mercedes Benz of Naples are all polite, friendly, professional, and understands the customer comes first. Now, there is Shaun Warner. Shaun, definitely has always been there for me if I had questions concerns, or any issues with my Mercedes. Shaun always returned my calls and made sure my customer experience was a great one! When I was ready to visit the dealership to close the deal Joe ensured the transaction was smooth and efficient.
