A crisis during Christmas week was averted by the timely and professional response of Daniel Resendes. Damage to our right rear tire Monday morning necessitated a total replacement for a difficult to locate and professional response of Daniel Resendes. Doug was outstanding as my service manager. I called to schedule an A 1 service that I was overdue for and they got me in the very next morning.
