Tino Guerrero has been our service representative since we purchase a pre-certified 2014 C250 Coupe from Mercedes Naples in 2016. He has gone out of his way to always provide excellent service. We live 98 miles from the dealership, he always gets us in and out expeditiously. He explains what needs to be done if more than normal service is required. His personable but professional demeanour is matched everyone encountered at the facility. We would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Mercedes. More
