In the last 60 years or so I have purchased at least 21 vehicles. Unfortunately, most were very uncomfortable, nerve wracking experiances. They had a hard time understanding that it was going to be the dealer losing the sale. I never went into a negotiation absolutely having to have a particular car/truck . Dealing with "JP" Politi was a refreshing change. Oh sure the Salesman Manager ritual didn't change but it was swifter and less troubling at Mercedes-Benz of Naples, FL. More

Doug was outstanding as my service manager. I called to schedule an A 1 service that I was overdue for and they got me in the very next morning.
