This is my second new MB from this dealer. The service, handling, courtesy, free wash jobs were all perfect. NOW, with this new one they have improved. Brian Shea was a pleasure to work with. He delivered on the promise to send us missing items on the vehicle we purchased: Merc 2018 GLS 450. Sadly while Brian organized the missing sun shade, the people the promise to send us missing items on the vehicle we purchased: Merc 2018 GLS 450. Sadly while Brian organized the missing sun shade, the people that sent the item did not wrap it or ship it with much care and the item was scratched to death by metal staples in a make shift box they cobbled together. Our experience was exceptional with Brian and the dealership in our delivery of the vehicle. We live some distance from the dealership but know we can return and receive excellent service. I live in Chicago and saw the car on the MB website. I asked a friend of mine who lives in Naples to go check it out and he did so. I got a call from Ryan Eickelmann shortly after. A crisis during Christmas week was averted by the timely and professional response of Daniel Resendes. Damage to our right rear tire Monday morning necessitated a total replacement for a difficult to locate and professional response of Daniel Resendes. Daniel located a new tire by noon, and promised to have it delivered and installed by the next day. At 8am Tuesday morning he called to advise us the car was ready to go, including completing a service recall. Daniel was extremely helpful during a difficult time, and his great customer service was very much appreciated. More
