I made an appointment with service for replacement of an air strut. They told me the part was in stock but when I showed up for my appointment the service advisor John Chaffo told me the part would take two air strut. They told me the part was in stock but when I showed up for my appointment the service advisor John Chaffo told me the part would take two days to get. When I questioned him about why I was told the part was in stock he asked what are you going to do yell at me now. Very poor customer service. Went to an independent repair shop and ended up over $400 less than he had quoted me. Will never step foot in this dealership again even though I am shopping for a new S class More
