Taylor Hartfield is a new car sales person in the show room of Mercedes of Naples Florida. I recently purchased a 2011 E550 Mercedes sedan frpm Mr. Hartsfield. During the selling phase he continually st room of Mercedes of Naples Florida. I recently purchased a 2011 E550 Mercedes sedan frpm Mr. Hartsfield. During the selling phase he continually stressed his personal care for his customers even after the sale. This care did not materialize. First, as you would expect, the E550 is a complex car with many special features. The time Mr. Hartsfield spent expaining some of these feartures was negligible. Furthermore, after the sale, when I phoned Mr. Hartfield with questions, he would not accept my calls or respond to my messages. More
