You are very lucky to have Jackie who always tries to go the "extra mile". As to your service personnel, I have less confidence. Having the vehicle in a short time before it "died", and supposedly having it fully checked at that time leaves me somewhat suspect. I purchased the 2006 Mercedes from your dealership and, quite frankly, have had more problems as compared to when I purchased my wife's 2002 SL 500. Fortunately, my 2006 Mercedes was precertified so it came with a one year extended warranty. For two years after I purchased the 2002 SL 500, I did not have a single problem. More
