My experience with Adam Davis and Mercedes Benz of Naples was wonderful! I wanted to buy myself a Mercedes SUZ for my birthday. I called and spoke with the Pre-owned Manager and was advised that they had a was wonderful! I wanted to buy myself a Mercedes SUZ for my birthday. I called and spoke with the Pre-owned Manager and was advised that they had a vehicle that fit my description that had just been processed. He asked me to come in to view the vehicle due to no pictures being available online. By the time I got to the dealership it was six o’clock and the dealership closed at 7 o’clock. We ended up staying at the dealership well after they closed and never received one complaint from their staff. I then met Adam who’s the best salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. He was funny but yet serious enough to walk you thru all the features and ensure that all your questions and concerns were answered. After Adam did an extraordinary job selling the vehicle features and demonstrating them as well it came down to pricing. I was honest with Adam about the amount of money I had to spend on this purchase and what I expected from my trade in. Adam and Mercedes Benz of Naples then surprised me by dropping the price to where I needed it to be in order to purchase my Mercedes SUZ. This was my second purchase from Mercedes Benz of Naples and probably the only place I’ll buy a Mercedes from for the rest of my life. Adam Davis was extraordinary in dealing with this purchase...his caring, enthusiastic, knowledgeable manner was so wonderful! In 2010 I visited MB of Naples and met Curtiss Alden for the first time. I was interested in purchasing a model of vehicle but with a manual transmission. Although at this time I decided to wait to see if future model years may offer this option, Mr. Alden already treated me as his client with absolute professionalism and grace. Despie the option I was seeking never becoming available, in 2012 I was ready to go ahead with this purchase and specifically asked for Mr. Alden to assist me with ordering my new vehicle. It was evident that that he thoroughly enjoyed the experience of making my dreams come true as much as I did. This was not the simple selling and purchasing of a car. We had looked at various cars, wanting a "new" sporty looking car with a roomy interior. We own a 2009 Corvette, 2009 BMW (we want to sell) and also a 2008 Infinity Crossover (which we traded in) sporty looking car with a roomy interior. We finally narrowed it down to a used Porche Panamera and a new Mercedes CLS550, then chose the Mercedes. We both absolutely love it, but it's really my car even though myhusband gets to drive it too!! I really wanted a black car (which is always my favorite car color) so seeing it in the show room convinced me that it was the perfect color for that particular model. Our salesperson, Blake Lehr, was super in every way!!! Super knowledgeable, super helpful and pleasant to deal with (did not feel that he was too pushy, which is very important to us)!! This is our first Mercedes and I have a feeling that we are about to find out why there are so many in Naples!!! More

Each person I met was so courteous and friendly! Luke made my experience especially informative and fun.
