I have been treated unfairly, lied too and ignored. Owning a Mercedes has been a dream of mine for over 20yrs! The experience I have received from this dealership in Naperville has turned my dream into a nightmare. I was told false information about car repair that had me choosing to either pay my mortgage or car payment! This kind of treatment has brought tears of disappointment! Never would I have ever thought such a well known company would demonstrate this type of behavior! It is loyalty or dedication of appreciation towards customers. I never thought I would be paying very expensive cost towards a vehicle and getting such horrible treatment. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! And I feel my pain shouldn’t go unnoticed!
