I made on an appointment online after calling and being told I had to make an app online only. I always asked for a loaner upon drop off in order to be able to run the rest of my errands, especially on thi told I had to make an app online only. I always asked for a loaner upon drop off in order to be able to run the rest of my errands, especially on this day, when I’m dropping off the car and want to get around to do what I have to do before I picked up my vehicle and headed home. When I arrived to drop off the car, I was told they had no loaner cars and that if I needed one, I needed to call and let me know when I scheduled the reservation. I was ubered home by the dealer which was fine. The dealer finished in about four hours and I was ready to pick up my vehicle. When I arrived to the dealer, the tech sent me to the cashier and sent me on my way. The is the complete opposite to what my experience is typically like at Mercedes of St Charles. Typically, when I pick up from St. Charles, the tech takes the time to take me to their desk and go over what I got done, as well as the overview of the diagnostic if any of the vehicle. This was not my experience in Naperville. In my mind, I thought that perhaps they didn't find any issues, or he was busy (didn't seem applicable). A few days after my appointment, I received an email from the dealership explaining that my vehicle still needed maintenance. This is inconvenient because if the tech had taken the time to out of his day to let me leave with the "Luxurious Mercedes Benz" experience, he would have gone over the diagnostic with me and I would have made an appointment the day of. I live closer to Naperville. Moving forward, I will just make the trip to St Charles. More
Service here is always top-notch. My Service Advisor Rich always takes good care of care of me and my Mercedes. Wouldn't think of going any other place for service.
