Service department diagnosed and corrected an elusive issue with the shifter. I was kept informed and provided a ride home and picked up the next day when the car was ready. Have to mention that they als issue with the shifter. I was kept informed and provided a ride home and picked up the next day when the car was ready. Have to mention that they also washed the car and vacuumed the interior- nice 'extra' touch. Over 10 years with this dealership's both sales and service people- always a positive experience. More
There was issue with billing. I had to call the dealership service director/Vp, who was on vacation and left a voice message with my billing issues. And then the service represent I had to call the dealership service director/Vp, who was on vacation and left a voice message with my billing issues. And then the service representative redid the bill. Not a pleasant experience. Didn’t feel like I was doing business with a Mercedes dealer. More
