I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. I brought my vehicle in for failed emission test. They had it for about 3 days and said it was good so I gave it a week before I went to emissions again. Now it was 600 for the first appointment and then when I brought it back they didn't charge me but kept my vehicle for 9 days and then called me to say we couldn't get your vehicle to pass so you will need to pay some outrageous amount so I'm upset and I leave out of lot and red light comes on regarding tire so I turn right back into lot to tell them something else is wrong and some guy checks air pressure and tells me it will reset itself just keep driving. I drove for 2 days then my vehicle starting shaking and feeling like it was going to break if I hit a bump and steering wheel was shaking. I tell them this and they look at it and tell me it will cost me 180 for them to look at it. YOU JUST HAD MY Vehicle for days and now I have to pay for something that went wrong with my car while in your possession. I refuse to go back. More

Brought my ML 350 in after speaking with a service advisor named Frank. During our entire interaction, Frank was nothing but personable, knowledgeable, polite, and I felt comfortable conversing with h advisor named Frank. During our entire interaction, Frank was nothing but personable, knowledgeable, polite, and I felt comfortable conversing with him. After he repaired my vehicle he informed of a recall on my vehicle. We agreed to correct that issue and I informed him of another issue I needed corrected with the vehicle so he proceeded to order the part needed to correct the recall issue and look at the other issue I had mentioned. We’re in the process of repairing the two issues. I feel confident that these issues will be corrected promptly and professionally. More
