They got my sons C300 in quickly and were able to take care of the warrantied subframe issue with no problem. We got the car back sooner than expected and they kept us informed every step of the way. Every time I dropped my car for check ups would receive the car back with other issues, including employee's mistake and not detail oriented. This will result to going back and forth to the dealership to h the car back with other issues, including employee's mistake and not detail oriented. This will result to going back and forth to the dealership to have the car properly repaired. Service team need to treat the cars with more attention and careful to not leave scratches and damages, and supervisor needs to check the car before calling the owner to pick it up. Management is on top, sadly they have to jump in to help the situation as some service advisors give bad customer service, rude attitude, and they would try to get rid of you as fast as possible, careless. Definitely did receive the Mercedes brand standard service. More
