Firsts off let me say that I have been visiting this dealership for over 20 years from my 2002 G500 to my now current 2015 S550, and I have never had an issue with this dealership, first they charged my dealership for over 20 years from my 2002 G500 to my now current 2015 S550, and I have never had an issue with this dealership, first they charged my card $250.00 with no explanation, based on the invoice the charge appears be be a blank charge,, after calling the dealership and speaking with Connie , a service intake rep, she stated that she would call me back about the charge, I never received a call back, in fact I called her back 5 hours later and I was told that some one would call me, I waited 3 more hours and by that time the worked that was performed twice has failed a third time, so now we have two issues, after holding on the phone for 26 min and getting text from nick scumaci that the reason for the charge is that the cat was dirty and the cat was smoked in, I told nock to call me but he refused, he just continued to text me, which I find very unprofessional, i got so frustrated by the texts from nick that I reached out to Chris the service manager who was no better on fact he added insult to injury by insinuating that I had smoked cigarettes and marijuana in the car, my statements to him again is that I do not smoke at all and that I find that insulting to insinuate that, Chris also would not remove the charge from my credit card, again the charge does not identify the charge, which like I told Chris is straight fraud, because o have the original invoice that shows a charge of $250 prior to even checking the vehicle out, Chris the service manger became more and more insulting the more and more he spoke to the point where he literally stuck his foot on his mouth with the insults he was rallying at me,I literally told Chris that he has added insult to injury, both Chris and nick never said bring the cat in so we can fix the issue for a 3rd time , Chris and no I basically diagnosed the problem over the phone , and my reps name was how come the issue was not addressed when I dropped the vehicle off for Repaire the second time. I had to literally listen to the insults and accusations from Chris until I finally stated to Chris that I will be reaching out to the national corporate offices and let theme know the terrible treatment that o have received and the fact that they have failed to Repaire my vehicle on two occasions, the experience was indeed very disappointing and stressful , and o have never had this issue with no dealership, it’s as if I am dealing with a small time alley mechanic who says well we can sell you more parts, instead having me bring the vehicle back for the proper service, my text messages from nick scumaci the service writer says something different,I am totally shocked and upset how this dealership has treated me especially after doing business with theme for over 20 years, I will be reaching out to the President so that this issue can be handled properly, hopefully it’s not the culture of the dealership, I will pursue this matter until I am made whole, BUYER Beware More

The Service Department at this Naperville dealership has been terrific! I originally took my vehicle to a more local Mercedes dealership, but they were not able resolve my problems, nor did it seem importa been terrific! I honestly questioned my purchase of a brand-new Mercedes since my first service experience was so disappointing. But since then, I have only taken my vehicle to Richard W. with the Service Department in Naperville, and he has been awesome to work with! He has been very patient, listened attentively to my concerns and made sure he got everything working to my full satisfaction. And the entire Service Department has been great with everything from ordering the needed parts, scheduling an appointment time, setting up a loaner vehicle, providing status updates while in the shop…to the follow up afterwards. They have all been very professional, and seem to understand the importance of ‘Customer Satisfaction’. I truly appreciate having them available for my servicing needs. They make it relatively ‘easy’, and one less stressful thing for me to worry about! More
