I have been with this dealership for 25 +years and really love both the sales and service depts. but this time there was a service glitch- too many cars in for service on the day of my appt., so my car had t love both the sales and service depts. but this time there was a service glitch- too many cars in for service on the day of my appt., so my car had to spend overnight and have the service the next day, Fortunately , I had a loaner so was not too inconvenienced and this is the very first time that has ever happened!
