YOUR FIRST OFFER WAS TO PURCHASE THE CAR BACK AT A FUTURE AUCTION PRICE AND WITH NOW, A CARFAX REPORT DEPRICIATING THE VEHICLES VALUE BROUGHT ON BY YOUR DEALERSHIP. YOUR SALESGUY JAMES, AND YOUR GM WERE TOLD THAT OFFER WAS UNACCEPTABLE AND MORE INSULT TO INJURY BASED ON THE SITUATION. AFTER CONTINUOUS BACK AND FORTH, YOUR DEALERSHIP DID AGREE TO REIMBURSE ME THE PURCHASE PRICE BUT NOT INCLUDING THE DMV/TAXES/TITLE/REGISTRATION COSTS AND THE $2500 CERAMIC COATING THAT I HAD JUST PURCHASED. NOT TO MENTION, THE VALUE OF MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS THAT WERE ALSO STOLEN FROM THE TRUNK! THAT BEING SAID, I WOULD BE OUT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS DUE TO YOUR NEGLIGENCE OF SECURING MY VEHICLE WHILE IT WAS ON YOUR PROPERTY. PURCHASED THIS AMG GT53 IN AUGUST OF 2022. FROM DAY 1, TEST DROVE THE CAR AND THE BRAKES WERE MAKING A SQUEAKING NOISE. THE SALES GUY TALKED ME INTO TAKING THE CAR AND THAT THEY WOULD ADDRESS THE BRAKE ISSUE WHEN I WOULD BRING IT BACK THE FOLLOWING WEEK BEING THEY HAD TO REPLACE A TIRE ANYWAY. A WEEK LATER, THE TIRE WAS REPLACED BUT THE BRAKES WERE STILL SQUEAKING. I THEN MADE A NEW APPT AND THIS TIME I PRESENTED A VIDEO OF THE SQUEAKING TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. THEY ASSURED ME THEY WOULD ADDRESS THE BRAKES ISSUE. FOUR DAYS LATER, I RECIEVED A PHONECALL FROM THEM STATING THAT MY VEHICLE WAS BROKEN INTO AND VANDALIZED, WHILE PARKED IN THE DEALERSHIP LOT. ALL OF MY INTERIOR WAS STOLEN, AND ALL DOOR PANELS AND SEATBELT BUCKLES WERE DAMAGED AND CUT. MY PERSONAL ITEMS WERE STOLEN OUT OF THE TRUNK AS WELL!! APPARENTLY, NO WINDOWS OR DOORS WERE "BROKEN" INTO AND THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED OUT OF CAMERA RANGE. A LITTLE FISHY IF YOU ASK ME. NONETHELESS, WE ARE NOW GOING ON FOUR MONTHS WITHOUT OUR CAR, AND THIS DEALERSHIP HAS MADE ZERO EFFORT TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. I AM OBLIGATED TO CONTINUE MAKING MY PAYMENTS ON A VEHICLE THAT I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO ENJOY. LEFT NUMEROUS MESSAGES TO THE MANAGER, GM, SERVICE GUY, SALESGUY, AND APPARENTLY THEY DONT CARE ENOUGH TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. BOTTOM LINE, ONCE THEY MAKE THE SALE, ITS DONE. SO AGAIN, DO YOURSELF THE FAVOR AND SHOP ELSEWHERE SO YOURE NOT DEALING WITH THE SAME NIGHTMARE!!! IVE ATTACHED PHOTOS OF MY INTERIOR AFTER THE DAMAGE!
