Last week I was vacationing in Myrtle Beach when my Mercedes Rv experienced a problem with my def sensor. With only 5 starts left I needed service now. Although the service department was booked thru Mercedes Rv experienced a problem with my def sensor. With only 5 starts left I needed service now. Although the service department was booked thru April 7 the service manager Daniel Burke was able to schedule me at the end of that day. They were able to reprogram the computer and reset the sensor. I was then able to drive the 560 miles home with out the def sensor coming on. Daniel saved me hundreds of dollars in hotel rooms by working me in for service. Thank you Daniel.. More
Our experience here with Michael Maely was excellent. From the get go he provided all the information we needed including a personal video tour of the vehicle since the dealership was a little far away. By far the easiest experience ever. Mike Guido made sure that we were in and out of the dealership and we never felt like we were just waiting for no reason. Also he even went above and beyond and gave me his own charger so I could use Apple CarPlay for the long drive home.
