Mr Mckorkle, this review is nowhere near the transaction that occurred and we are quite surprised by it. You came in and stated you have a check engine light on and asked us to scan it -I’m from out of town. We immediately had our shop forman out in the vehicle to see what we have going on. We scanned and found a fault for more than likely a cylinder head. If that was the case we would have to order the part as it is not a commonly stocked part. Being out of town we understood the time constraints. We made you aware the fault only occurred twice and more than likely will have no issues and be able to make it home without a problem. The other option we could work the vehicle into our schedule, provide a full test plan, and fully diagnose and order the part. Setting proper expectations, we stated it may be a day or two or much sooner. We offered one of our loaner vehicles for instate once we had one return later that day. This would also qualify for Mercedes-Benz trip interruption under the factory warranty, which would have provided assistance with a rental vehicle. However, you never indicated any problems and opted to drive the vehicle home. We simply tried to help and accommodate as best as we possibly could.

You guys had my car for three days and didn't even look at the car. Didn't tell me I had Mercedes roadside and yes you guys can do towing dealer to dealer. Of course you are going to say this, heck I would too. you guys just posted more information about the rental than you ever give me when at the dealership. To all my fellow veterans don't buy a car here, they are just trying to get the review removed!!!! and no you guys told me not to drive the car and it would take three weeks to fix the issue, Northlake has had the vehicle for one day and tomorrow it will be fixed. And no I never was offered a loaner, enterprise rented me one though on Easter weekend. Never told about a loaner nothing, nothing!!!!
