Excellent When I first went there looking for a new car, I was very unhappy with the salesman that I had been given. However, I went to Waylon the GM and he was absolutely wonderful. Within an hour he made me feel so comfortable and I had picked out my new car. He eventually brought Damien to assist. They both are professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful. Damien said that he would be happy to help in any of our other needs, including service ongoing questions, etc. Both of them made my car buying experience wonderful. More

Lucky and thankful I was almost 40 miles from Myrtle Beach when a belt broke making the car hard to steer. Our plans was to vacation on Friday and leave on Sunday. My I was almost 40 miles from Myrtle Beach when a belt broke making the car hard to steer. Our plans was to vacation on Friday and leave on Sunday. My battery light can up on my dash stating I needed to get the car to the dealership. I called and talked with Mark to let him know I was on my way in a tow truck. Once I arrived, he took good care of me and was told I would be leaving the area on Sunday. He did an assessment of the car quickly and put a tech on the job. I appreciated everyone's effort to get me and my husband back on the road so our mini vacation was not ruined. I (we) were elated with the superior customer service and putting us 1st! More

Vacation saved While on vacation in Myrtle Beach my engine light went on around 4:30 pm. I called Mercedes-Benz of Myrtle Beach and talked to a service representat While on vacation in Myrtle Beach my engine light went on around 4:30 pm. I called Mercedes-Benz of Myrtle Beach and talked to a service representative who"s name was Mark. I told Mark my problem and said I was scheduled to return to CT in two days with my grandchildren and was concerned about breaking down on the highway. I was told to come in the next day at 11 am. I was out of there by 1 pm with a peace of mind. I would like to add the cost was 0.00 it seems the Mercedes - Benz dealer in CT where I had it serviced did not install the intake box on properly. That is what I call service with a honest staff. More
