Purchased a 2011 rav4 70,000miles, paid market value. when test driving heard a noise, mike said there mechanics couldn't figure it out and that they would have it checked out by Toyota. 1 and 1/2 weeks go by and they call me and tell me the car is fixed. so we buy the car and 2 days later engine starts making noises by the fourth day (270 miles) later we have to stop driving the only car we own here before the water pump breaks takes the engine out. So when Im getting parts from Toyota i ask about what happened when the car was brought in, they hand me paperwork that says Internal destruction of transmission needs to be replaced $4,200. I was never told any of this. Now we have a car we paid full price for with an engine apart and a bad transmission. We have met with Management twice now and they are not willing to let us return it, fix it, or help with the price of parts. More
