In early 2023 we tried to buy a GLE 350 from this dealership and they wanted MSRP plus $6,500. The next day we bought one from the Wilmington NC dealership for MSRP and saved $6,500. Additionally, we dealership and they wanted MSRP plus $6,500. The next day we bought one from the Wilmington NC dealership for MSRP and saved $6,500. Additionally, we own a 2014 ML 350 that recently needed a new battery. It took the Myrtle Beach dealership 4 days to put in a battery, charged me $575, and when I picked it up they said I needed $7,000 worth of additional repairs. I said no, just give me my car. I left the dealership and the air conditioning had magically quit working while in their shop. I took it back and they charged me $330 to fix the AC. On top of all this they charged me 3% for using a VISA credit card. In conclusion, I needed a new battery and five days and $900 later I got my car. My wife and I have driven Mercedes for 40 years. I will never again darken the door of Mercedes-Benz of Myrtle Beach. More
