I (honestly) cannot say enough good about things about Xavier. He was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, sincere, and most of all.....never pressured me. After looking for a couple of months with Xavier, I decided to order a car. I’m happy to say, I picked up my 2019 E450 Cabriolet a few days ago! If you’re in the market for a Mercedes, give Xavier Darden a call! More

Emelio Valdivia is the best! The service I received in purchasing my car was outstanding. Emelio was kind enough to personally deliver my car for a very long (two hour plus) test The service I received in purchasing my car was outstanding. Emelio was kind enough to personally deliver my car for a very long (two hour plus) test drive taking the time to ensure I mastered all the features. He then assured that all of the preowned slight wear and tear was miraculously made anew looking in mint new condition. Moreover he picked me up to purchase the car mindful of the short time I had. I will buy all future cars from Emelio!!! More

Excellent service First, it is easy to make an appointment for service online. Second, when you arrive for your appointment you are immediately met by an attendant who First, it is easy to make an appointment for service online. Second, when you arrive for your appointment you are immediately met by an attendant who finds your service advisor for you. Third, the service advisor, in my case Jeff Mullins, actually explains what the car needs in terms of maintenance and care so that it will be dependable for many miles. And, he explains things in a low-key, non pushy way that educates you without intimidating you. Yes, keeping a Mercedes properly serviced is expensive. That is not a surprise. But when you realize that service is basically only an annual event, it is much easier to justify on a value basis. I've had Lexus, Cadillac, Audi, Jaguar, and Saab vehicles (among others) with mostly good experiences with those dealers also. But, MB of MC is certainly on par with the best of the best of them. I won't take my car any place else for service. More
