When I first started doing the research on the GLE 350, she patiently and knowledgeably answered all my questions. She continued to stay in touch after we left the dealership. When our 2019 GLE 400 purchase was endangered, I asked her to do a Mercedes Benz-wide search for a 2019 vehicle that might be on another dealers lot that met our desired exterior, interior, and Premium package. She located one, and although it had a few extra options that we had not requested, it was still worth the extra $$ in order to procure the desired car. In fact, the new car is actually in the garage now earlier than if we had waited for production. If considering Mercedes Benz of Music City, I would ask for Kate More
