Excellent customer service!!! I spoke to Andy Curry on the phone who set my appointment up to have my drivers side airbag changed out. Andy was extremely friendly and courteous. I spoke to Andy Curry on the phone who set my appointment up to have my drivers side airbag changed out. Andy was extremely friendly and courteous. He told me they would let me use a loaner car if I needed one. When I arrived at my scheduled appointment time I was greeted by my service adviser Matthew Stewart. Matthew told me it would take about an hour to repair my vehicle and showed me to the customer waiting area. He was very personable and also very knowledgeable. He made me feel that we were important to the dealership and they were there to help us. True to his word the vehicle was ready, washed, and back to me in about an hour and 15 minutes. I was ready to leave and I told Matthew that i needed a new set of wipers. He escorted me to the counter and told the tech what I needed. I paid for the items and before I got to my vehicle Matt had already replaced my old wipers. This was my first visit to Mercedes Benz of Music City but I will be back. In today's climate of customer service and the lack there of in most places. Mercedes has truly found the secret of pleasing the customer and putting them first. Great job Andy and Matt, you are two examples of what every retailer needs. You have made a new Mercedes Benz owner very happy. More

My Service Advisor, Jeff Mullins was professional and friendly, and when I came in he had my cost estimate already prepared for me. The loaner I requested was quickly brought to me and I was on my way. The service performed was excellent as always, and I was able to pick up my car as scheduled. Overall an excellent experience. We found their personnel to be extremely welcoming, their inventory to be exceptional and their dealership to be outstanding. Our sales person was not high pressure and worked very hard to handle our negotiations in a very professional manner. He , and the Sales Manager, went out of their way to close the deal. We would recommend them and MB of Music City to anyone considering a new vehicle purchase. More
