Get scheduled for the same day within 1.5hrs of closing 2. She spoke with her manager to ensure a loaner was available. From there, even better service upon my arrival of meeting Ryan, Matt and Kevin. The friendliest customer oriented individuals thus far. I hate to rain on the Brentwood TN Mercedes locations parade, but Music City was by far better than them and my hometown location in Memphis! I hope someone important sees this message because Music City ROCKS! Andrea in corporate was a pleasurable experience as well. I went in not even concerned with whether she would cover it or not.
