Best Service Experience Possible This dealership is outstanding. We had car trouble traveling through Nashville on Memorial Day and to our surprise the dealership was open. Far more s This dealership is outstanding. We had car trouble traveling through Nashville on Memorial Day and to our surprise the dealership was open. Far more surprising was the stunning customer care and service we received. We were treated is valued customers even though it was clear that we were passing through town. This began when I met John Bailey, a car salesman, at the door as he was leaving to go home. Instead of leaving for his family on a holiday, he listened to my situation, walked me back to the service area, found Kevin Taylor, the service manager, and Terry Cole, the shop foreman. John did not leave until he knew we were in good hands. Kevin and Terry got us set up for repairs first thing the next morning, got us a complimentary car, recommended the hotel we stayed in and made sure we had their personal contact information for the next morning. The next day Kevin kept us informed of the status of the repairs, was very aware of our desire to get back on the road, showed genuine concern for us throughout the day and got us back on the road in the afternoon. He even made sure we were going to take the most efficient route out of town! I highly recommend MB of Music City. They are wonderful people and they're killing the bad reputation of car dealers! Car is so great after visit! I needed motor mounts on my SL500. Lori's team made sure that I got all the parts I needed to repair everything as it should be - it's like driving I needed motor mounts on my SL500. Lori's team made sure that I got all the parts I needed to repair everything as it should be - it's like driving a new car!!! Lori was terrific - she got me a loaner car so I could get to work as the car work took longer than I expected. Lori kept me updated when an unexpected part was needed and on all the costs. All the people I came in contact were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely go again!!! :) More

We just had our very first visit to Mercedes-Benz of Music City where we had the good fortune and pleasure of meeting Scott Halpern. Scott is the sales associate that helped us in choosing our new vehicle, and now he's not only our sales person, but also our friend. He absolutely bends over backwards to assist in each and every way that he possibly can. He never rushed us and he never made us feel that he needed to be moving on and doing something else. Instead he spent time with us, showing us several vehicles and their individual features and characteristics. He introduced us to other associates in departments throughout the dealership, and in every case, we felt genuine appreciation and friendliness. The inventory of available models is extensive and we found several that peaked our interests before deciding on the perfect one for us. We didn't get our deal finalized until after closing so we and Scott were among the last to leave. My wife and I were in separate vehicles, and she had to stop to just outside the dealership to get some things in order before continuing on. I turned around to make sure she had everything she needed. Later I received a phone call from Scott. The manager of dealership had seen be turn around and my old vehicle and had called Scott because he was concerned something was wrong. If that's not service and genuine customer concern then I don't know what is. Thanks MB of MC and thank you Scott Halpern for the experience, and we will be back........ More
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE WE PURCHASED A 2019 E CLASS FROM THIS COMPANY AND THE EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE. THE CAR PURCHASED FOR $140,000 WAS DELIVERED DAMAGED AND AS OF TODAY 5/ WE PURCHASED A 2019 E CLASS FROM THIS COMPANY AND THE EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE. THE CAR PURCHASED FOR $140,000 WAS DELIVERED DAMAGED AND AS OF TODAY 5/13/18 THE TAG AND TITLE STILL HAS NOT BEEN GIVEN TO US. MIND YOU, THE CAR WAS PURCHASED IN MID FEBRUARY. WE HAVE DEALT WITH S CAVETT AND MOST RECENTLY EDWIN VICKERY. HE PROMISED TO REIMBURSE FOR 2 PAYMENTS ON THE VEHICLE SINCE IT COULS NOT BE DRIVEN AND THEN COME TIME, HE FLAT OUT LIED AND SAID HE NEVER PROMISED THAT. THIS DEALER HAS BEEN IN COMPLETE VIOLATION OF THE LAW AND WHAT MAKES IT WORSE IS THAT EDWIN COULD CARE LESS TO MAKE IT RIGHT FOR THE CUSTOMER. IT YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH HONEST AND UPSTANDING FOLKS, DO NOT BY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND BUY FROM ANOTHER DEALER.
