J Just back from a service appointment at Mercedes Benz of Music City. I have trusted, Jeff Mullins, for over 15 years for all of my service advice. Jeff is a true "Advisor". Jeff has always advised me on which service issues needed to be done immediately and which could be postponed. His automotive knowledge, especially his Mercedes knowledge is amazing. I have always felt that he had my best interest at heart not just trying to sell me another service. This attitude has earned my trust, as well as several of my friends, and has kept us coming back to him for years. MBofMC Nashville's newest Mercedes dealership is exceptional. When I arrived for my 9am appointment I had every intention of picking up my loaner and being on my way. Instead I ended up talking to the staff for almost an hour. Emily Kelly introduced me to keith Justis. We talked about the dealership and Merceds Collection Program. Before I knew it my car was ready to go. No need for a loaner this time! MBofMC and Jeff Mullins make a great team! When it is time for a new Mercedes, MBofMC will be my first stop. More

Brent Reed - service Brent Reed did an awesome job of getting my vehicle tire issue resolved. I had recently purchased new tires and unfortunately picked up a large screw Brent Reed did an awesome job of getting my vehicle tire issue resolved. I had recently purchased new tires and unfortunately picked up a large screw in my left rear tire. He contacted the insurance and my road hazard covered the tire except for a co pay. I was in and out in a short period time. The mechanic went over everything and corrected my tire pressure all around. Very pleased with the results and the service team. Really nice dealership Music city Mercedes Benz!!!! More

Service dept. is OUTSTANDING. My first experience with the service dept. at MB of Music City...in short, a great experience. My "service advisor", Lori Garrett was not only cordial My first experience with the service dept. at MB of Music City...in short, a great experience. My "service advisor", Lori Garrett was not only cordial and knowledgeable but also worked to make sure that whatever services she recommended were, in fact, truly needed based upon prior service records from a different MB dealership and the current status of my 2009 CLK cabriolet. In short, she was intent on saving me money, yet properly servicing the vehicle. Thank you, Lori. My convertible had significant swirl marks in the black paint from a previous poorly executed polishing. I mentioned this to Lori and her response "we can do wonders with swirl marks", so I elected to have the dealership "detailing". Best decision, as the 350 CLK now looks like new...the interior is pristine and the black exterior paint has NO swirls and looks the best it has in many a year.
