The service advisor, Jeff Mullins, first listened, then reacted, review my car history and all records, supplied a loaner, oversaw the service details, and followup with all my concerns. The car loaner system was well done with a clean new car. I have owned 10 BMWs( 7seires), 4 MBs (station wagons), and 1 porche turbo. This is the best overall dealer that I have dealt with. You call with a question about when to pick up your car . you always speak o someone that will find the answer quickly! Great products. great service, customer centric-action..a true "Trifecta"!
