I wanted to give my business to MbofMC because of the treatment I received from the service staff, they actually treated me like how your supposed to treat a customer. I had inquired about trading my car treatment I received from the service staff, they actually treated me like how your supposed to treat a customer. I had inquired about trading my car in and I got introduced to Emilio, good guy, honest, patient and went out of his way to keep in contact with me without being obsessed like some dealer salesman are. He listened to what I needed and guided me to make the perfect choice, he’s very knowledgeable and answered every question I had without hesitation. I definitely recommend going to see Emilio if you’re looking for a new Mercedes, I’ll be there again in a few weeks to get my parents a vehicle, that’s how much I was impressed with him. More

I went in for my one year maintenance appointment at 7:00 in the morning. I informed them that I had another appointment at 10:00. My service advisor, Lori, worked it out and I was out by 9:30 with no proble in the morning. I informed them that I had another appointment at 10:00. Are You Kidding Me?!! Are you kidding me?!! These folks at Mercedes-Benz of Music City do stuff that no one else is doing and they do it with a smile. Yesterday they came t Are you kidding me?!! Yesterday they came to my house, picked up my S550, took it to their place, put on new tires (at a very reasonable price), and brought it back to my house! Who else is doing this? I don't know of anyone. I know, I know. We pay for that, right? Even if I do pay for it the time saved that I can continue to be productive in my job? Worth every penny.
