They understand customer service excellence and modern concepts in car purchase experience. From start to finish, this team is polished and professional. Brooks Lannert was my sales consultant and I highly recommend him! He made sure every detail was handled quickly and comfortably. Every post purchase follow up action was done precisely as promised. I briefly met his sales manager, Phil Johnson, and found him to be equally focused on an excellent customer experience. Of particular note, I love the smooth use of electronic paperwork. The business side of the process was phenomenally quick and efficient. Keith Ertell, Finance Manager, made sure this often painful part of buying a car was nothing but smooth, fast and pleasurable. This dealership is unbelievable the customer service is unparalleled, I have never been, seen, or experienced an environment where waiting for your car is so pleasing and comfortable. There's a glass wall that allows you to view your car while you wait, so you can watch everything that is being done in their spotless mechanic's service bay. Extremely satisfied with the service I received. Lori, my service advisor is the Best!!! I requested Lori because she previously handled the pre-purchase inspection for another Mercedes-Benz I was seeking to own her professionalism impressed me completely. Ryan was excellent as well in assisting me with the loaner car I received he ensured I was well informed about the vehicle and comfortable with my ability to get the most from my driving experience.
