His vision of excellence is customer-centric which is reflected when you call or go there by everyone you meet and encounter. They want you and your car to receive attentive personal care. The service advisor, Jeff Mullins, first listened, then reacted, review my car history and all records, supplied a loaner, oversaw the service details, and followup with all my concerns. The car loaner system was well done with a clean new car. I have owned 10 BMWs( 7seires), 4 MBs (station wagons), and 1 porche turbo. This is the best overall dealer that I have dealt with. You call with a question about when to pick up your car . you always speak o someone that will find the answer quickly! Great products. great service, customer centric-action..a true "Trifecta"!
