He made the process easy, fun and interactive. Brooks would regularly check-in with details and even send us our ship's name so we could track our incoming vehicle across the Atlantic. Once the car arrived, Brooks took a really thoughtful video of the vehicle and we were just so excited to come in and see it/drive it for ourselves. Sam Cavett, the General Sales Manager, also recognized my family from our prior purchase and made a point to welcome us back.
