This is a guy that knew what the problem might be with my GLK, and while in the hospital, reached out to the service tech at the dealership to alert him. (I know this because I talked to the tech.) Having been in the restaurant industry for over 25 years, I know the power of leading by example. Having met the GM (Mr. Vickery) and many of the worker bee's, I believe this is a good organization and I will continue to trust them with my Mercedes. More
