I owned an E300 that I bought from an Augusta GA dealership along with a $5000 warranty. When I traded my car in to music city mb for an e450 they told me I would get a refund on the warranty which dealership along with a $5000 warranty. When I traded my car in to music city mb for an e450 they told me I would get a refund on the warranty which I had only used for for a few months. My salesman Dustin and the warranty guy both promised to get this refund and told me all I needed to do was mail something in which I immediately did. They promised several things actually which did not happen . Augusta mb refuse to even speak to me and literally hung up on me. They do not want to refund what I by law am due to be refunded. But Augusta mb is a separate review. That was in August and since music city mb gave me their word I would get this refund I expected them to help. I have called several times and always I am told they will "look into it" and get back to me. I have explained all this nicely again and again and they will pass the buck or whatever to get me off the phone. And this company claims to be an award winning service oriented dealer? This is the worst service I have ever gotten. Do not believe the award winning garbage. I have never been rude to anyone there or done anything to deserve their complete lack of interest. I spoke with Lionel Brown, but decided not to use the dealership at that time because I was in another state. Fast forward, I moved to Nashville and needed to do a refinance and I was lucky to speak with Lionel Brown again. He not only took care of me but remembered our brief conversations years prior. This is the best example of great customer CARE that I have experienced. It was impressive to remember potential clients as well as taking care of my current needs. I will give Mr. Brown and the dealership the highest rating because I am very satisfied. Everything that I was told is what happened. I was taken care of and I am happy!! More
