My wife and my experience at the dealership was a mixed bag. We enjoyed working with our sales agent Chris Popin, who was very responsive to our questions/concerns and always followed up quickly. What we didn't like so much was the experience the dealership itself offered. It's possibly a reflection of what it is to buy a car in 2025 in general, but when we decided to buy a brand-new luxury M-B right out of the factory in Germany, we had high expectations that the experience would be personal, custom to us and memorable. Chris' excellent service notwithstanding, this wasn't quite that. The process of building such a special vehicle should be done in person, touching swatches of the leather, seeing the quality of the trim options in person in my opinion. The pick up process took hours and felt again impersonal. Overall, we just didn't really feel valued or appreciated but again, I grew up the son of an old-school car dealer myself, and times have changed. More

From Amazing Grace to Saving Grace My wife recently purchased a brand-new G-Wagon from Mercedes-Benz of Music City in Nashville, TN, and the entire experience was nothing short of outstanding. From sta purchased a brand-new G-Wagon from Mercedes-Benz of Music City in Nashville, TN, and the entire experience was nothing short of outstanding. From start to finish, we received top-tier customer service. Although the tire cover wasn’t immediately available due to the quick turnaround of our purchase, Blake Carlisle at Mercedes-Benz ensured everything was handled smoothly. Once the cover arrived, it was promptly installed—along with a complimentary car wash. But here’s where it truly became a saving grace moment. After the purchase on Monday, we knew the vehicle needed window tinting. While the dealership doesn’t recommend specific providers, I found a local company with excellent reviews—Chino Tint. After having the tire cover installed, I drove over to Chino Tint to get the service done. As I sat outside due to limited seating, to my surprise, Blake Carlisle pulled up. He recognized me and immediately offered to drive me back to the dealership while the vehicle was being serviced—and then offered to bring me back once it was ready. This wasn’t about being impatient or uncomfortable. It was about Blake going out of his way—completely unprompted—to make sure I was taken care of. That level of service is rare and worth celebrating. Mercedes-Benz of Music City has a phenomenal team, but more importantly, they have incredible people. Huge thanks to Blake Carlisle for going above and beyond. More
