I would like to first thank Mercedes-Benz of Music City Nashville as a first-class establishment. Everything was hassle free from start to finish. An appointment was setup to come and look at the vehicle and test drive it. After meeting the sales client advisor Chris Popin upon arriving for scheduled appointment he greeted me with dignity and respect. After test driving the car and sitting down to discuss a possible purchase Chris was very respectful in not pressuring me to make the purchase. He first provided me with a car fax report on the vehicle that I was thinking about buying. He offered me a great price for my car as a trade in. I was pretty much sold after that. Chris worked very hard to get me a great interest rate as well. I give Chris and Mercedes-Benz of Music City Nashville a 11 out of 10. Excellent service throughout the car buying process.
