I had a good experience when I had an oil change performed. The service manager was Paul Singh. Then about 2 months ago I had a dead battery that needed to be replaced. After the battery was replaced, and there were extra charges that I had not expected, I asked about the cost of a B service on my vehicle which would be due in a few months. He told me the cost would be about $1300. I think that this was incorrect. Other dealerships in the area indicated it would vary between $550 and $750. I subsequently received a response advising me that the cost at Morristown was $900. seems that I should have gotten a correct answer from the service advisor. More
My experience with Morristown Mercedes was phenomenal. I went to them after having a problem with another MB dealer in the area which had me there 3 times without fixing the problem and several hundred do I went to them after having a problem with another MB dealer in the area which had me there 3 times without fixing the problem and several hundred dollars later. They wanted me back a fourth time and wanted to charge another diagnostic fee. I asked for the manager and he never called me back. I went to MB of Morristown and worked with Troy Pais (service rep) and Service Manager, Herman Diaz. They repaired my vehicle within a day and replaced a faulty aftermarket part that the other dealer put in. THEY DID NIT CHARGE ME DESPITE THEIR COSTS FOR LABOR AND PARTS. Herman apologized for the issue with the other dealer and asked that we not lose faith in MB. What a great experience. Sent from my iPhone More
