Most important is the service that comes with it. Since I've purchase the vehicle, I've been to a number of Mercedes Benz Service Centers but nothing like Morristown MB. Mr. Willie Caldwell is the best Service Advisor that I ever worked with me through all the vehicle I purchases in my life. Willie Caldwell gave me the assurance that the service on my SCLASS would be Impeccable and I would be more than happy. Willie Caldwell exceeded all expectations on applying excellent customer service with all my concerns and request. I tip my hat to this gentlemen on a job well done. Its because of Willie Caldwell that I've made Morristown MB My home to service my S550. Brice McMillon More

I took my car in for service today and when I went to check out it was 226.96. I have always been treated with the highest respect by my advisor Alex Marshall. However, the phone representative (Ann) needs further educating when dealing with quotes over the phone. I am very reluctant to return to this dealership for servicd and they have been the only one to service my car. Of course I called for the service manager and he was NOT in today. I can choose to spend my money anywhere and it will not be here based on the dishonesty. Once I complete the survey it will not be good, just saying. More

Then i had to deal with Ed on a Saturday morning and it was very unpleasant. Ed spoke to my wife and I like we were children, he told us to relax and he mentioned that there are plenty of other dealerships in the area. He implied we should take our business else where. This was over making an appointment too close to his lunch hour. I WILL be taking my business else where. I regret not doing more business with Willie but i cannot even look at that guy Ed. Ed isn't even listed as an employee on this site probably because he's that new or on his way out. I recommend either dealing with Willie or possibly another employee but NEVER deal with Ed Salawan. BMW service was excellent but Willie Caldwell and Mercedes Benz of Mortistown re-define the definition of excellence in service. The way he treats my wife and I puts the concierge at the Ritz to shame. I've never had a service experience like and it wasn't just once. It happens every single time. More
Incompetent Mechanic and Management that Defends Them Let me start by saying I am Mercedes Benz customer for life. I have had 3 different Mercedes and loved every dealership. Recently got my Service B do Let me start by saying I am Mercedes Benz customer for life. I have had 3 different Mercedes and loved every dealership. Recently got my Service B done on my 2009 C300 Mercedes at the 75K Mark with the Morristown Dealership. The rep informs me that my front brakes and rooters need to be changed and gives me a quote for it. I decide to get a price quote from a local mechanic (first time I decided to double check on price). I take it to PepBoys and they come back telling me that my front brakes were totally fine and didn't need to be changed (they are at 70%) but its my caliber box that needs to be fixed as one of my rear brake is at 20% and the other is at 90%. I then take it to another mechanic since I have little faith in PepBoys and trust the dealership over them and get the SAME EXACT RESPONSE from the second mechanic. Take it back to the dealership, hoping they can at-least look at it again, tell me it was their fault and give me a plan of how they will win my trust back and I get the Manager, Nelson call me back after looking at the car and saying his words, "We looked at it, We would have caught this issue next service around but now that you caught it, we can fix it and here's the quote for it. Out mechanic looked at one side of the brakes which were at 90% and didn't check the other side" No apology, no nothing. As if that's the service I expect when I pay top dollars for servicing and inspection on my car. I not only get treated like crap, but their attitude towards missing such a big issue is so nonchalant that it tells me they don't care two hoots about the customer or providing a decent service. I should have known that their mechanics are bad, when one year ago their mechanic forgot to plug my lights back which drained my cars battery while servicing the car. At that time, I just thought of it as a human error but coupling it with the dealership's bad attitude is the biggest concern here. More

She scheduled an appointment, took the car in and waited over 2 hours and was given the gift of a bill in excess of $650. Included was the oil change, new windshield wipers, some other time of air filter (unrelated to the engine) and among other things, windshield wiper fluid which I had put in the night before. No estimate of cost was ever provide pre-servicing. Clearly my wife felt that she was misled but since she needed the car, she paid. This is our fourth and LAST Mercedes. My car (Japanese) which is also leased gets free servicing. More

BEWARE of having your car serviced at Mercedes Benz of Morristown. My car has been stolen from THREE times at this dealership; I even filed a police report when I picked up my car this last time on 9/10/1 Morristown. My car has been stolen from THREE times at this dealership; I even filed a police report when I picked up my car this last time on 9/10/13. I contacted the owner, Bill Straus, who was condescending and disrespectful. He even asked me why he should believe me that there was money stolen out of my car on three different service appointments. Bill Straus and Herman Diaz, the Service Manager, are not only not customer service oriented but they are combative and unwilling to do what is right by the customer. Bill Straus’ solution was a $150 service credit at his dealership - because after all of this, that is the first place I would want to take my car back to for service after paying $384 in labor to be stolen from for a third time (my total service was $694.40 for Service B). Bill Straus at Mercedes of Morristown is "the best or nothing" at its finest. More
