Emphasis seems to be on making the sale, period. If it were not for the determined attentions of the Service Advisor (Willie Caldwell), I would feel alone and adrift since my purchase. The first car(of two) bought this Fall was delivered with some marks -agreeably minor -- which were to be corrected -- and weren't ever addressed, even mentioned, again. I understand the salesman is a good producer so nothing more can be expected. What does this tell a customer? My niece is to replace her top of the line SEL 550 or whatever is best and another friend is researching my husband's knowledge bank on GLK's. All --the best -- I can tell them is to work through Willie. Getting the Boomshine done annually is an excellent investment and Willie handled this well, and additionally some striping/monogramming which the customer(me) wanted. More

My Service Rep Jeff D'Angelo, was extremely efficient, professional and made my experience so straightforward and so seamless. I got an appointment, drove in, got the BEST prices for both times - once for a 40K service and once for repairs - got a call to come pick up the car at the estimated time, drove in with the loaner and drove away with mine. Hundal and Troy were great in managing the loaner car. One of the best things is Morristown dealership gives you a loaner without begging for it. AND, it does NOT say "LOANER" or "COURTESY" painted all over it!! The last time, they gave me an SUV for a loaner when I got my C300 for service!! Now, that's just awesome! Tracy, at the billing counter is great at answering questions and/or making sure they are answered by the right person. Jeff is very knowledgeable and was great to work within my constraints of time. Overall, a wonderful experience. I have been and will continue to highly recommend Jeff, Hundal, Troy and Tracy to everyone that has a Mercedes!! More

Most important is the service that comes with it. Since I've purchase the vehicle, I've been to a number of Mercedes Benz Service Centers but nothing like Morristown MB. Mr. Willie Caldwell is the best Service Advisor that I ever worked with me through all the vehicle I purchases in my life. Willie Caldwell gave me the assurance that the service on my SCLASS would be Impeccable and I would be more than happy. Willie Caldwell exceeded all expectations on applying excellent customer service with all my concerns and request. I tip my hat to this gentlemen on a job well done. I took my car in for service today and when I went to check out it was 226.96. I have always been treated with the highest respect by my advisor Alex Marshall. However, the phone representative (Ann) needs further educating when dealing with quotes over the phone. I am very reluctant to return to this dealership for servicd and they have been the only one to service my car. Of course I called for the service manager and he was NOT in today. I can choose to spend my money anywhere and it will not be here based on the dishonesty. Once I complete the survey it will not be good, just saying. More

Then i had to deal with Ed on a Saturday morning and it was very unpleasant. Ed spoke to my wife and I like we were children, he told us to relax and he mentioned that there are plenty of other dealerships in the area. He implied we should take our business else where. This was over making an appointment too close to his lunch hour. I WILL be taking my business else where. I regret not doing more business with Willie but i cannot even look at that guy Ed. Ed isn't even listed as an employee on this site probably because he's that new or on his way out. I recommend either dealing with Willie or possibly another employee but NEVER deal with Ed Salawan. More
