We are truly sorry that you had a bad experience at our service center. Based on the description of your problem and our technicians experience with your vehicle the first and typically least expensive step to remedy the problem is to rule out the keys being the issue. It was unfortunate that you only had one key for your vehicle which made it necessary for you to purchase another. It is never our goal to nickel and dime anyone. In fact we spent considerably more time diagnosing and troubleshooting your vehicle than you were billed for. Our clients are too important for the continued success of our business to be treated any other way. The customer experience at our dealership is a priority to us as thousands of our clients can attest to. Once again we are sorry that things did not go the way we would all have preferred.
