Stahl Motors was very helpful from the get-go. Gabriella helped me fill out my credit application over the phone. When I got to the dealership I wasn't sure if I was going to drive away with a new car. Ryan helped me fill out my credit application over the phone. The wait time to get my paper work processed took a bit longer than I expected, but Paul kept me up to date on what was going on. They didn't just leave me sitting in the lobby. Paul explained all the paperwork in laymen's terms for me. I understood everything and felt like I was able to make informed decisions regarding extended warranty, etc. All in all, I feel I walked away with a pretty good deal and was able to work with amazing staff members in the process. From the moment I stepped in, to the moment I left with my beautiful car, I was made to feel at ease. I was treated with respect throughout the negotiation process, and I felt Doug was working for me, even though he is a dealership employee. Paul Mattingly in the finance department is so enthusiastic and uplifting! He thoroughly explained everything and made it very easy for me to pay for the car in the form that worked for me the best.
