People in the dealership does not value time. They kept sending request for an Uber driver for me for 40 mins & i kept getting text messages that there is no driver available & all the receptionist did was sending request for an Uber driver for me for 40 mins & i kept getting text messages that there is no driver available & all the receptionist did was continue requesting even if there were multiple messages of no driver availability. They no longer have shuttle service available. Customer Service is becoming poor. There were 2 receptionist, when i checked in to show the text message i received about no available driver, her response was “ i just got here, I don’t know whatgoing on”. Instead of asking “how can i help you?, let me get the person that can help”. Customer Service is POOR. Both ladies needs training on customer service otherwise that job is not for them. More

Probably the worst car buying experience ever. You would think buying from MERCEDES BENZ you would get one of the best services and experience. Long story short recently purchased a vehicle got a great offer that pretty much sold us on the entire deal. We take our new car home, few days have passed and now the finance department is texting my personal number without my approval about he’s need me to come back in because the original deal of first 2/3 payments will be taken care of by MB. Now it’s not being honored and my credit was ran multiple times. A few with out my consent. I had to redo my application through several different banks to get a higher loan and interest rate. Mind you my credit is in excellent condition and I had to leave work to take care of this on a Saturday. Now that I’m done with everything with this place I will no longer come here for anything not even my car services. AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS, if the initial deal sounds to good to be true it probably is. Completely unprofessional and one of the most dishonest places over ever been too. More
