When pulling into the service drive you would expect to be greated by an employee. I’ve been there twice and both times had to walk around looking for help. Mercedes dealerships are supposed to offer top tier service to customers because we are not buying ordinary vehicles. I also noticed that there was no complementary snacks or coffee etc. I’ve been to several other Mercedes Benz dealerships that treat customers like royalty. More
