While driving gle 450, car stopped suddenly in middle of the road. We were asked to come out of car and wait for next car to let us back to dealership. It was 110 weather and we waited for 30 mins. We unfortunately had to bring all four of our children during the paperwork and financing portion. We couldn’t find a babysitter in the quick timeframe. We were just relieved that the dealership did a hold on the vehicle for a day as we had a busy planned day that we couldn’t reschedule. But the staff was very friendly to our children and the TV/resting room came in so handy for our older children! And as you can imagine the dashboard and all the buttons are so overwhelming. I was able to return to the dealership to meet with Sawyer who is their technology specialist who kindly helped me navigate how to connect my phone to be able to access Sirius and other apps. I’m still learning! The best part was Al V. guiding us through the purchasing process. What a professional!
