When pulling into the service drive you would expect to be greated by an employee. I’ve been there twice and both times had to walk around looking for help. Once inside it seams like there’s a lack of service advisors. They either need to page someone and there’s always a wait when it’s not busy. Mercedes dealerships are supposed to offer top tier service to customers because we are not buying ordinary vehicles. I also noticed that there was no complementary snacks or coffee etc. I’ve been to several other Mercedes Benz dealerships that treat customers like royalty. More

Not the best of experience’s unfortunately they didn’t return my calls. Never spoke about recalls I know are needed on the vehicle, and the price quoted a month earlier was increased! When asked about it was told they took out the price for the oil…. Huh? We were there for a B service and that’s REALLY all they needed to do. SMH More
My husband and I bought our dream family vehicle, a Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van! 🚐 But I was so relieved that the purchasing was as smooth and convenient as possible. We unfortunately had to bring all four of our children during the paperwork and financing portion. We couldn’t find a babysitter in the quick timeframe. We were just relieved that the dealership did a hold on the vehicle for a day as we had a busy planned day that we couldn’t reschedule. But the staff was very friendly to our children and the TV/resting room came in so handy for our older children! And as you can imagine the dashboard and all the buttons are so overwhelming. I was able to return to the dealership to meet with Sawyer who is their technology specialist who kindly helped me navigate how to connect my phone to be able to access Sirius and other apps. I’m still learning! The best part was Al V. guiding us through the purchasing process. What a professional! Overall, I am a proud Mercedes Benz owner and so glad MB of Modesto is our friendly, professional, local dealership! More
