Mercedes dealerships are supposed to offer top tier service to customers because we are not buying ordinary vehicles. I also noticed that there was no complementary snacks or coffee etc. I’ve been to several other Mercedes Benz dealerships that treat customers like royalty. More

My husband and I bought our dream family vehicle, a Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van! 🚐 But I was so relieved that the purchasing was as smooth and convenient as possible. We were just relieved that the dealership did a hold on the vehicle for a day as we had a busy planned day that we couldn’t reschedule. But the staff was very friendly to our children and the TV/resting room came in so handy for our older children! And as you can imagine the dashboard and all the buttons are so overwhelming. I was able to return to the dealership to meet with Sawyer who is their technology specialist who kindly helped me navigate how to connect my phone to be able to access Sirius and other apps. I’m still learning! The best part was Al V. guiding us through the purchasing process. What a professional!
