Not great this time rather disappointed. 1. Unnecessary charges in my opinion (2) I felt it a little questionable my integrity due to my uncertainty as to whether my vehicle service was due 1. Following review by adjuster it was found that the issue was tied to age of the auto and maintenance, as well as, an issue with water leakage. In fact, the repair was done by your company for the same issue not more than a couple of years ago. Question: Should the insurance company have to cover an issue that your company repaired prior.
