Very personable experience with Austin On a whim we went car shopping... as my car was a bit tired but I did love it. We started across the street (no name of the dealership) and then my boyfriend suggested Mercedes as he loves his!! We met Austin, he was personable and not "pushy" as I often find car sales people to be, just wanting to close the deal. He suggested I take one for a drive, and low and behold, I was hooked! He got all the paperwork ready so I didn't waste a lot of time the next day when I picked it up. I would highly recommend Austin, very professional and knowledgeable!
